Sheffield Wednesday has given its supporters the opportunity to decide whether or not to welcome the Owls band back to Hillsborough next season.
Season ticket holders have the opportunity to complete a short survey via the club’s official website, www.swfc.co.uk in which they can state their personal views on the influence the band has on the home atmosphere and choose whether they would like the band to be involved at all home games, just for the lower category matches or not at all.
The band returned for a few games towards the end of the 2008/09 season to a mixed reception and so it is hard to say how the voting may go.
The club also have plans to involve the band in their community programme in the future.
