South Yorkshire Derby build up: Team news

Wednesday have been prevented from naming an unchanged side to the one that beat Cardiff at Hillsborough last week due to injury and suspension issues.
Winger Jermaine Johnson misses the game with a one-match ban having picked up his fifth booking of the season last week. This may force a shuffle of the pack in wide areas as Burton O'Brien could return on the left with Wade Small possibly switching to the right side.
Club Captain Lee Bullen tore a hamstring against Cardiff and will now be out for around 4 weeks. With American international Frank Simek still not ready to return it is likely that Richard Hinds will deputise at right-back as he did last weekend.
At left-back Tommy Spurr has recovered from illness and is back in contention for the spot that was filled by Peter Gilbert against Cardiff.
Enoch Showunmi is expected to play having shaken off a knock that saw him substituted late on last week while Deon Burton is also pushing for a place. He scored in the reserves draw against Barnsley in the week and was substituted at half-time with this fixture in mind.
Barnsley keeper Heinz Muller is out for the season and so Luke Steele is expected to continue in goal with Tony Warner having now returned to Fulham following a brief loan spell. Anderson de Silva will also miss the clash through injury.
Dennis Souza is suspended which may open the door for former blade Rob Kozluk.
