Sheffield Wednesday have confirmed the extension of contracts of 2 key members of their successful development squad team.
Winger Jack Stobbs, who captained the development team to Premier Development League 2 success last season, has signed for another year.
The 20-year-old, who has been with the Owls since the tender age of 6, will be hoping that he can push into Carlos Carvalhal’s first team squad next season.
Goalkeeper Cameron Dawson will also be extending his time at Hillsborough having signed a 3-year contract. The 21-year-old has been at the club for 6 years and featured 4 times for the first team last season, keeping a clean sheet on his first Hillsborough start against Queens Park Rangers.
