Wednesday go to the Walkers stadium with the players-sidelined list as long as it has been at any point in this injury ravaged season.
There are no problems in goal as Grant will start but the right-back slot is a problem with Simek, Hinds and Gilbert-who has featured their in recent games al definitely ruled out. The other two options are Lee Bullen and Steve Watson but both are yet to prove their fitness for the game.
In central midfield the Owls are without O'Brien and McAllister while Kavanagh will also undergo a late assessment. Ronnie Wallwork could be in line for a rare appearance alongside Adam Bolder in the centre of the park. Wallwork has been largely out of favour since being substituted before half-time in the home game against QPR back in early March.
Wade Small is also believed to be nursing an injury and so Songo'o and Johnson are likely to occupying the wide positions.
Brian Laws will choose any two from the three available strikers in attack- Slusarski, Burton and Sahar.
The only major new injury concern for Leicester is Sheffield United loan midfielder Lee Hendrie, who is touch and go after he was substituted before half-time in last weekends victory at Barnsley. They will definitely be without longer-term injury victims Elvis Hammond and club Captain Stephen Clemence.
Leicester will be able to call upon the likes of Steve Howard and Iain Hume upfront, both of whom have scored goals against the Owls for the various clubs in the past.
The Owls will have to break down a tough Foxes rear guard that is only bettered by Crystal Palace in the whole of the Coca-Cola Championship in terms of goals conceded.
The Owls will be looking to avenge the 2-0 defeat they suffered at the hands of the Foxes at Hillsborough earlier last season in what was a poor performance. Wednesday have won one, lost one and drawn one of their last three visits to Leicester.
Wednesday have not won any of their last 8 games while the Foxes have picked up 3 wins from their last 6 outings.
