Sheffield Wednesday have today grabbed their second loan signing of the January transfer window from Championship leaders Wolves.
Midfielder Darren Potter joins last weeks first signing Michael Gray and has signed for the Owls for the remainder of the 2008/09 season.
Potter, who began his career at Liverpool, made over 40 appearances for the midlands club in the 2006/07 season but has been unable to break into the first team at Molineux this season and will see the move as a chance to get some first team football under his belt.
He is regarded as an energetic player with an eye for a pass and will hopefully add some more creativity and a goal threat to the Owls midfield.
The 24 year-old should be available for selection for the match against Championship strugglers Charlton Athletic at Hillsborough on Saturday.
