Sheffielder Martin Scott lead United to the final after confirming their play-off semi-final place on the last day of the season and his team beat Tranmere on penalties yesterday.
It sets up an interesting showdown with Chris Turner's two old clubs locking horns at the Millenimnum Stadium on May 29 and former Wednesday player Richie Humpherys captaining Hartlepool.
Wednesday fans with OAC Cards, season tickets (voucher 15) and a match stub from the Brentford home game will be given priority today and on Thursday, all season ticket holders with the same ticket stub will get their chance to book their place in Cardiff.
On Friday, general season ticket holders can claim a ticket with no need of a stub from the Bees clash while on Saturday, stubs are again needed for Owls Foundation members.
Sunday is the first day of general sales although a ticket stub is still essential while on Tuesday, the tickets will be available to anybody, depending on how many are left of course, without the need for any stubs or season tickets.
Prices for the tickets are £26, £34, £42 and £50 and only four tickets can be picked up per group if one person is getting the tickets - that goes down to two tickets per person when they go on general sale.
Wednesday have been given the south side of the stadium.
