Goalie problem finally solved

The official signing of 24-year-old Jones will be made tomorrow but statements on both Boro's and Wednesday's official websites confirm that Jones is the man Paul Sturrock wants.
The 6ft 5in stopper was born near Perth, Western Australia and played 16 Premiership games and 2 UEFA Cup ties last season.
He is set to go straight into the team to face Preston on Saturday and a relieved Sturrock will be glad of getting some Premiership experience between the sticks following the long-running saga involving Scott Carson's move to Hillsborough.
