The French midfield star was the odd-man out when Kenny Lunt returned from suspension against Norwich City last weekend but he will get his chance against Steve Bruce's table toppers.
On-form Glenn Whelan has been inspired recently but he picked up his fifth booking of the season against The Canaries so he will have to miss out.
But Folly, who has shown his credentials more than once this season, will partner Lunt in the centre of midfield with the rest of the team staying the same.
John Hills is still struggling with an injury so Tommy Spurr will keep at left back while Lee Bullen will continue to partner Madjid Bougherra in defence.
