Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Barry Bannan has been rewarded for his fine form this season by earning a recall to the Scotland international squad.
The former Aston Villa playmaker has been influential in the Owls promotion challenge this season and is one of the first names n Carlos Carvalhal's team sheet, pulling the strings from midfield.
Bannan, who has 20 caps for his country, will hope to feature when Scotland face the Czech Republic on March 24th in Prague and he could come up against his Owls team mate Daniel Pudil as the left-back has once again been selected in the Czech squad.
